Mr. Lewis Marshall, Jr.

Lewis Marshall, Jr. (Junior aka June Bug) was born on August 2nd, 1962 at King County Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. He entered eternal peace with a whisper from the Lord on Monday, June 8th, 2020. Junior was educated in New York City Public Schools. Junior was baptized and became a member of First Baptist Church of Denbigh. He was employed in New York City as an electrician. In later years, he moved to Virginia where he became a cable installer, carpenter, and landscaper. Junior had a great love for people and spoke to everyone he came in contact with. He never encountered a stranger and loved greeting everyone. His smile and his presence would bring joy to everyone he knew and loved. He had a heart of gold, no matter how he felt, and offered all he could to anyone. Junior's all-time favorite saying was "I stole on you", as he most certainly did daily with his presence. Junior loved skating, playing handball, swimming, playing cards, dominos, being outside, and his time shared with family and friends. Junior was preceded in death by his parents, Alice and Lewis Marshall, Sr.; his grandparents, Mytrice and Abraham Walker; his four aunts, Minnie Rogers of Newport News, Virginia, Larita, Delinda, and Renee Walker all of Brooklyn, New York; his four uncles Larry Rogers, Jerome, and Ricky Walker all of Brooklyn, New York, and Curtis Rogers of Connecticut, one son, Lewis Marshall, Jr.; and his two siblings, Alice Whitehead and Abraham Marshall of Brooklyn, New York. He leaves cherished memories with his loving devoted fiancé of 25 years Janetdel (Tennie), his children Tylisha Fason, Tayshaunia Fason-Marshall, Rashad Frazier, Tameka Marshall, Markial Gardner, Tanaisa Marshall, Arielle Marshall, and his thirteen grandchildren; one sister, Eunice Muldrow and one brother-in-law, Erick Muldrow of Staten Island, New York; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, along with his special friends, Wantu Wilbert and Shaneca Darden. "This is for you Junior" No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye, you were gone before we knew it.
