Mrs. Dawn Marie Chapman Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

On Friday, June 3, 2022, our hearts were saddened by the passing of our beloved, Dawn Marie Flowers-Chapman. Dawn was born July 13, 1968 in Wilmington, Delaware to Rebecca Buffo and Donald Blansfield. Dawn was preceded in death by her grandmothers, Betty Lane and Ruby Calhoun; brother, Victor Brown, Sr.; son-in-law, David Ellison; father-in-law, William Chapman, Sr.; uncles, Donald Calhoun and Joey Calhoun and aunt, Faye Calhoun. She leaves cherished memories and is survived by her husband, John Chapman; mother, Rebecca Buffo; three daughters, Samantha Blansfield, Brittany Flowers and Traci Maupin; son-in-law, Phillip Anthony; two brothers, David Layton and Scott Layton; brother-in-law, William Chapman, Jr.; eight grandchildren, Ashley Blansfield, Alexis Flowers, Hunter Thompson, Jr., Shelby Burch, Alora Anthony, Delilah Anthony, Payton Anthony, Quamaine Rutledge, Taylor Maupin, Gabbi Maupin and Helen Calhoun; two sisters-in-law, Mary Rutledge and Pamela Brown; nieces, Jayda Brown, Adrianna Brown, Tiffany Martin, Tara Brown, Mya Rutledge, Irijah Rutledge, Kandace Ingraiti, Madison Layton, Melinda Bobbit and Holly; nephew, Maverick Ingraiti, and a host of other relatives and friends. A special thank you to everyone who donated towards her Celebration of Life. Your thoughtfulness and kindness is greatly appreciated. A Viewing will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022 from 12:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M., followed by a Celebration of Life at 2:00 P.M. at Tucker & Fisher Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 415 Halifax St., Petersburg, VA.
