Mr. Kenneth Paul Stevens, Jr. Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Kenneth Paul Stevens, Jr., affectionally known as Kenny, departed this life on Wednesday, November 23, 2021. Kenny was born on November 26, 1962 in Metropolitan Hospital in Harlem, New York to Sandra Stevens (née Alston) and Kenneth Stevens, Sr. Kenny was educated in the New York City Public School System. He moved to Richmond, Virginia in 2013 to live closer to his family. Kenny was an entrepreneur and was the sole proprietor of Odyssey Systems, LLC, specializing in Telecommunications Services. Kenny was an avid traveler and visited and lived in many countries such as Dubai, Australia, and the Philippines. He also traveled throughout the United States, where he met his lovely companion, Ms. Tanya Ross, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Kenny also loved playing paintball with his Wig Splittaz Family and was Vice President of their organization. He had a knack with electronics and enjoyed classic hip hop in his spare time. Kenny was preceded in death by his mother, the late Sandra Stevens. He leaves to cherish his memories: his father, Kenneth Stevens, Sr.; son, Kenneth Stevens; daughter, Mahogany Stevens; sister, Yolanda Jenkins; brother-in-law, Keith Jenkins; nieces, Jasmin Jones (née Jenkins), Joy and Jade Jenkins; nephew-in-law, Rashaun Jones; brother, Talferio Corbett; sister-in-law, Davida Corbett; nieces, Alicia Chapman and Keera Joy Corbett; sister, Gabrielle Corbett; great nieces, Mia Jones, Aaliyah and Ava Chapman; great-nephews, Michael Jenkins-Jones and Malcolm Jones and a host of close relatives and friends. A Viewing and Visitation will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021 from 3pm - 6pm followed by a Celebration of Life at 6pm at Tucker & Fisher Celebration of Life Chapel, 415 Halifax St., Petersburg, VA.
